What needed attention

The crew replaced the hot and cold angle-stop valves, ran a 30-foot drain snake, and rebuilt the sink P-trap with ABS piping and a transition coupling. They cleared debris from the dishwasher discharge hose and ran a dishwasher cycle to check that it drained.
Result and next steps
The dishwasher drained during the test cycle. The technician also noted a failed seal between the countertop and sink well, a possible cross-threaded dishwasher inlet fitting, and signs of prior cabinet moisture. Those items were flagged for separate follow-up.
